What is covered

Every Lumiere piece is covered for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage includes issues such as loose settings caused by manufacture, clasp faults, or structural defects in the gold setting.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover everyday wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, third-party repairs, improper care, or changes caused by impact, chemicals, heat, swimming, or exercise.

Resizing and repairs

Most rings can be resized after assessment by our workshop. If a repair is outside warranty coverage, our concierge will provide a clear quote before any work begins.
